Intersect Photography — Free Portrait Shoot Giveaway

Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals 21 years or older who identify as men and are able to travel to San Francisco, CA for the shoot if selected. Employees, contractors, and immediate family of Intersect Photography are not eligible to enter.

 

How the winner is selected

This is not a random drawing. Entries, including the submitted photo and short answer response, will be reviewed by Intersect Photography, and the winner will be selected at Intersect Photography's sole discretion based on fit with the shoot concept. The winner will be notified by email and/or Instagram DM by 9/2/26. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, an alternate winner may be selected.

The prize

One (1) portrait photography session with Intersect Photography, taking place in San Francisco, CA, including professionally edited final images delivered digitally. Printed images are not included. No cash alternative is offered. Travel and any related costs to reach San Francisco are the responsibility of the winner. Scheduling of the session will be coordinated directly with the winner and is subject to photographer availability.

 

Photo submissions

Photos submitted as part of your entry are used only to help Intersect Photography evaluate entries. If you are selected as the winner, your submitted entry photo may also be used alongside your final session images in a before/after comparison as part of the promotional use described under Model Release below, once your final digital images have been delivered. If you are not selected as the winner, your entry photo will not be used publicly without your separate permission.

 

Model release

By entering, you agree that if selected as the winner, images and video captured during your session may be used by Intersect Photography for portfolio, marketing, website, and social media purposes, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, and the Intersect Photography website. No monetary compensation beyond the free session is provided for this usage. You retain the right to also use and share the final images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
